💜(Getting her back at all cost)💜
💜💜 Episode 1💜💜
Three Years Later 💜
Maddie inhaled the deep scent of winter as she grabbed her umbrella, went under the snowfall and proceeded to go to work..
Three years had changed her a lot and gave her a much more positive outlook to herself..
Her hair was shorter and her eyes were much more beautiful than ever..
Plus, she had the most wonderful boyfriend a 28 year old could ever ask for which was Leonard..
They both met in the hotel where she worked and he was the sweetest man she had ever met..
Calm and collected..
Those were all qualities she wanted in a man but yet she felt like something was missing..
No matter how hard she tried to push the thought aside she couldn’t help but think about Jake..
Her last call to Doris was a brief one and there she knew that he had left the town and had never returned..
Well it was for the best wasn’t it??.
‘Looking sharp today Miss Madison’..The doorman dubbed his hat as she walked into the Presidential hotel of which she was now the newly appointed manager..
‘Thank you Gibson and you’re not looking so bad yourself’..She replied and he chuckled..
They always complimented each other every morning and it never gets old..
Her life was perfect the way it should be but alas!..
Something was definitely missing..
‘Are you okay??’..The redhead asked Jack who was totally oblivious of the fact that she was sitting right in front of him…
‘Huh?? Oh yeah I’m fine’..He replied..
‘Well I’m not sure because this is out third date and you really haven’t spoken most of the time’..She faked a laugh and he frowned..
‘So why agree to—
‘You’re just really handsome that’s all’..
‘Thank you uhh…I…I really appreciate the compliment but I have to go’…He got up from the chair and left the hotel when he couldn’t bear it anymore..
Three years since Maddie left and he couldn’t even move on like it was nothing..
He thought leaving town and starting over afresh in a new city with a new job and all would help and it did but it never filled the gap that was in his heart..
He missed her..
He missed her terribly and many times he just wished he could pick up the phone to call but his cowardice got the best of him..
No woman completed him like Maddie did..
